Each coffee bean hopper holds 1300g of beans. As the Optima is designed to produce larger volumes of coffee, Carimali has increased the size of the bean hoppers and installed more powerful and faster grinders compared to their Armonia model. The boiler also has increased capacity, which facilitates brewing for coffee drinks that require larger water volumes, such as Americano.\u003cbr style=\"box-sizing: border-box; color: rgb(65, 65, 65); font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;\"\u003e\u003cbr style=\"box-sizing: border-box; color: rgb(65, 65, 65); font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;\"\u003eBoth bean hoppers have separate grinders and can be individually set for optimal extraction time and coffee flavor. Unlike many other coffee machines, the brewing unit in the Optima Ultra is made of metal and is also heated by an additional element. This results in an unbeatable espresso. Thanks to its ability to retain heat and maintain a consistent temperature regardless of when you brew your coffee, all flavors and the delightful crema are extracted during brewing. The coffee spout can be adjusted vertically, and there is also a separate hot water outlet. The drip tray only needs to be emptied after 60 spent coffee pucks, and with its energy-saving mode, the Optima Soft Plus keeps electricity consumption down.\u003cbr style=\"box-sizing: border-box; color: rgb(65, 65, 65); font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;\"\u003e\u003cbr style=\"box-sizing: border-box; color: rgb(65, 65, 65); font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;\"\u003eWhen using fresh milk, you can set a timer for automatic cleaning of the milk system's hose and outlet after x number of minutes the machine has been inactive.
