The bean hopper can be attached to the grinder using an Allen key size 3. The powerful 210 W motor allows Faustino to grind approximately 1 gram of coffee per second. This differs from Fausto, which has a 500 W motor, meaning that Faustino's grinding speed is lower.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eFaustino's sleek, straight design looks great next to a semi-pro espresso machine of any size, thanks to its slightly smaller design. Compared to its older brother Fausto, Faustino may be a slightly better fit for more understated and less semi-pro coffee machines. But there is nothing wrong with pairing Faustino with a larger machine such as an R60V; after all, contrasting the style slightly can look really cool.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe bean inlet on the Faustino is adjusted with a flat plate that can easily be pulled away from or pushed against the grinder. If you want to remove the bean hopper from the Faustino while there are still espresso beans inside, you can push the flat plate in so that it covers the entire opening and then twist the bean hopper upwards. This is particularly useful if you want to clean the grinder or suspect that a problem has occurred in the grinding mechanism. To clean the Faustino, remove the bean hopper and pour a dose of Pulygrind into the grinding mechanism. Then replace the bean hopper. Grind the Pulygrind crystals together with coffee until no more crystals come out of the grinding mechanism; a couple of doses is usually required.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eRocket Espresso's Faustino is equipped with flat burrs made of hardened steel with a circumference of 50 millimeters. This is one of the major differences from its older brother Fausto, whose burrs have a circumference of 65 millimeters. This difference primarily results in a slightly longer grinding time for the smaller Faustino and a slightly less uniform grind.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe coffee grinder's grind size can be adjusted continuously using a dial. If you wish to make an adjustment, turn the dial slightly at a time. If the Faustino coffee grinder is reasonably well set, usually only a small adjustment is needed. To check when the coffee grinder is correctly set, you can grind coffee for an espresso and then brew it.
