Frappé recipe. How do you make a Frappé?

Tommy Winberg

What is a frappé?

A frappé is a refreshing coffee drink invented in Greece in 1957. This drink can be ordered at virtually every Greek café. In the original version, coffee, water, and sugar are shaken together to create a foam-covered iced latte, which is then topped with a few ice cubes and served with a straw. The drink has undergone numerous changes over the years. The most common adjustment is that more and more people have replaced the water with milk to create a richer version. As a result, a significantly creamier frappé coffee has also emerged, in which ice cream is used instead.
