How to choose coffee syrup
What is the difference between syrup and sauce as flavoring agents?
Syrup is thin and blends easily into hot and cold drinks without altering their texture. Sauce (such as chocolate or caramel sauce) is thicker and provides a fuller flavor, but is best suited for applications where a thicker consistency does not interfere - such as a topping or in certain specialty drinks.
How much syrup should I use?
A standard syrup pump provides approximately 10 ml per pump, which is a good starting point for one cup. Then, adjust the amount according to taste and cup size.
Are there any sugar-free options?
Yes, several of our syrup varieties are also available in sugar-free versions, such as vanilla, hazelnut, and caramel - the same taste but without added sugar.
