How the cleaning process works
You start the cleaning program at the touch of a button.
Phase 1: Cleaning
The brewing unit and brew filter are thoroughly rinsed with 80 °C hot water. The cleaning tablet's highly effective formula removes residues of coffee fat and oil, which can otherwise distort the taste and quality of the coffee.
Phase 2: Care
In the second phase, the care phase, special substances seal the surfaces of the corresponding components and prevent coffee residues and coffee fat deposits from re-settling.
NEW Phase 3: Protection
In the newly developed third phase, so-called complexing agents sustainably protect the coffee machine against mineral deposits.
