The Optima Ultra LM MCD from Italian Carimali is innovation that continues. With its innovative technology and pursuit of a perfect cup of coffee regardless of the time of day, Carimali is the rightful challenger to existing fresh milk machines. The stylish and appealing design, along with the capacity of 400 cups per day, makes the Carimali Optima Ultra LM MCD excellent for very large workplaces and public environments. On the stylish and easy-to-use 10" touch display, you have the opportunity to program all different beverage options as well as display videos. The Optima Ultra is incredibly easy to use when making coffee as well as cleaning the system. You can easily set the amount of coffee per cup, eco mode, and automatic cleaning of the system. The automatic cleaning system ensures that the strictest hygiene standards are always met.

The Optima Ultra LM MCD comes as standard with two bean containers, one for filter coffee and one for espresso. The coffee containers hold 0.6 kg of beans each. A freestanding instant container for both chocolate and chai is available to be connected to the machine. Since the Optima is designed to produce larger volumes of coffee, Carimali has increased the size of the bean containers as well as installed more powerful and faster grinders than the Armonia Soft Plus LM has. The boiler has also received a larger capacity, which facilitates brewing for coffee drinks that require larger amounts of water, for example, an Americano.

Both bean containers have separate grinders and can be set individually for the best extraction time and coffee flavor. The variable brewing chamber makes it possible to grind between 9-15 grams of coffee per grind. A major advantage of the Optima Ultra is that it comes with the new dynamic milk technology CARImilk, which guarantees constantly perfectly frothed milk in thickness and fluffiness both cold and hot. You can also control how your milk should be frothed in the Optima Ultra LM MCD, which means you can customize your coffee in both strength and milk consistency.

In addition to the unique design, the Carimali Optima Ultra stands out with its innovative brewing unit. Unlike many other coffee machines, the brewing unit in the Optima Ultra is made of metal that is also heated by an extra element. This leads to the result of a cup of espresso being unbeatable. Thanks to the fact that it retains heat and maintains a uniform temperature regardless of when you brew your coffee, you get all the flavors and the wonderful crema during brewing. The coffee outlet can be adjusted vertically, and there is also a separate outlet for hot water. The drip tray only needs to be emptied after 60 coffee grounds, and with its energy-saving mode, the Optima Ultra keeps electricity consumption down.

When using fresh milk, you can set a timer for automatic cleaning of the milk system hose and outlet after x number of minutes that the machine has been inactive. In addition, you must run the cleaning program for the milk system and brewing unit every day. This is a simple procedure that does not take long at all, and you are guided through the different steps via the screen.
