Om Armonia Soft Plus Black

Tired of coffee machines that serve coffee made from freeze-dried coffee and finely granulated milk? Then Italian Carimali is something for you! With its innovative technology and pursuit of a perfect cup of coffee no matter the time of day, Carimali is the rightful challenger to existing fresh milk machines.

The stylish and appealing design, as well as its capacity of 200 cups a day, make the Carimali Armonia Soft Plus LM excellent for medium to large workplaces and public environments. On the sleek and easy-to-use 7" touch display, you can program 24 different beverage options, 12 of which are completely unique.

Via the touchscreen, you can configure a range of different machine settings; to name a few, you can set the amount of coffee per cup, eco-mode, and automatic cleaning of the milk system. All beverage options can be customized to your needs, whether it's the amount of coffee or how much milk you want in your product.

The Armonia Soft Plus LM comes standard with two bean hoppers, one for filter coffee and one for espresso, as well as one for instant products. Each coffee bean hopper holds 0.6 kg of beans, and the instant hopper holds 2 liters. For the instant hopper, you can choose to have either chocolate, chai, or finely granulated milk.

Both bean hoppers have separate grinders and can be individually set for optimal extraction time and coffee flavor. The variable brewing chamber allows grinding between 9-15 grams of coffee per grind. A major advantage of the Armonia Soft Plus LM is the large 4.5-liter refrigerator placed on the left side of the machine. The milk served can be set at several different levels, including temperature, the amount of frothed milk, and how the milk should be frothed. Integrated into the refrigerator is a sensor that detects when the temperature is too high or when refilling is needed.

In addition to its unique design, the Carimali Armonia Soft Plus LM stands out with its innovative brewing unit. Unlike many other coffee machines, the brewing unit in the Armonia Soft Plus is made of metal, which is also heated by an additional element. This results in an unbeatable espresso. By maintaining heat and a consistent temperature regardless of when you brew your coffee, you extract all the flavors and the delightful crema during brewing.

The coffee spout can be adjusted vertically, and there is also a separate hot water outlet. The drip tray only needs to be emptied after 60 coffee pucks, and with its energy-saving mode, the Armonia Soft Plus LM keeps power consumption down.

When using fresh milk, you can schedule an automatic cleaning of the milk system's hose and outlet after x number of minutes the machine has been inactive. In addition, you must run the cleaning program for the milk system and brewing unit daily. This is a simple procedure that doesn't take long at all, and you are guided through the different steps via the screen.
