With its innovative technology and pursuit of a perfect cup of coffee regardless of the time of day, Carimali is the rightful challenger to existing fresh milk machines.

The stylish and appealing design and the capacity of 200 cups a day make Carimali Armonia excellent for medium to large workplaces and public environments. On the sleek and easy-to-use 10" touch display, you can program 24 beverage options, 12 of which are completely unique.

Via the new, even larger touch screen, you can configure a range of different settings on the machine. To name a few, you can set the amount of coffee per cup, eco-mode, and automatic cleaning of the milk system. All beverage options can be customized to your needs, whether it's the amount of coffee or how much milk you want in your product.

Armonia Soft comes standard with two bean hoppers, one for filter coffee and one for espresso, and one for instant products. The coffee bean hoppers each hold 0.6 kg of beans, and the instant product hopper holds 2 liters. For the instant product hopper, you can choose to have chocolate, chai, or finely granulated milk.

Both bean hoppers have separate grinders and can be set individually for optimal extraction time and coffee flavor. The variable brewing chamber allows for grinding between 9-15 grams of coffee per grind. A significant advantage of Armonia Soft is the large 4.5-liter refrigerator placed on the left side of the machine. The milk served can be set at several different levels, including temperature, the amount of frothed milk, and how the milk should be frothed. Integrated into the refrigerator is a sensor that detects when the temperature is too high or when refilling is needed.

In addition to its unique design, the Carimali Armonia Soft stands out with its innovative brewing unit. Unlike many other coffee machines, the brewing unit in Armonia Soft is made of metal and is also heated by an additional element. This results in an unbeatable espresso. Because it retains heat and maintains a consistent temperature regardless of when you brew your coffee, you get all the flavors and the delightful crema during brewing.

The coffee spout is vertically adjustable, and there is also a separate hot water outlet. The drip tray only needs to be emptied after 60 coffee pucks, and with its energy-saving mode, Armonia Soft keeps power consumption down.

When using fresh milk, you can schedule an automatic cleaning of the milk system's hose and outlet after x number of minutes that the machine has been inactive. In addition, you must run the cleaning program for the milk system and brewing unit every day. This is a simple procedure that doesn't take long at all, and you are guided through the different steps via the screen.
