The Aurora Single High (Aurora SGH) brews coffee directly into a portable serving station. The touch panel is easy to use, especially when using the pre-programmed programs: mild, medium, and dark roast.

However, professional baristas and roasters can optimize every part of the brewing process, such as water temperature, coffee-to-water ratio, pre-infusion, and brewing time. If you want to create your own blends or if you serve single-origin coffee, this will be of particular interest to you. In addition to all this, you can also use a water bypass if desired.
