CPS Twist

The CPS Twist is a coffee press from Macap for professional use. An ergonomic marvel for those who make a lot of coffee. The biggest advantage of the CPS is that it provides a consistently even pressure. This is good because the pressure is important to adjust so that the coffee always tastes the same, no matter who brews it. The Twist function is designed to imitate the natural movement a barista makes when pressing the coffee. When there is a lot of activity and high demand for coffee, the handle is used frequently and the moisture in the handle's sieve doesn't have time to dissipate, which is where the CPS Twist comes in handy. It ensures that the coffee doesn't stick in the tamper and that an even layer of coffee is pressed to perfection.
