Fausto Black

The Fausto Black from Rocket Espresso is a direct-grind espresso grinder with two adjustable programs and the option for manually controlled dosing. The new touch display simplifies programming and also looks very sleek. A powerful 500 W motor provides fast and precise grinding, with a double espresso dose in approximately 10 seconds. Robust micrometric adjustment for perfect adjustment of the grind size.

The Fausto is easy to clean inside and out, so the coffee grinder always looks good and the ground coffee always smells and tastes great. The Fausto Black is equipped with an easily accessible power switch for simple on and off.

The Fausto Black has a medium-sized bean hopper, holding 600g of espresso beans, which means you can grind coffee for approximately 60 espressos per full grinder. The coffee grinder's stylish and classic design makes the Fausto look great alongside a semi-pro espresso machine, as their designs align and complement each other.

The inlet for espresso beans on the Fausto Black is adjusted with a flat tray that can be easily pulled towards or away from the grinder. If you want to remove the bean hopper from the Fausto but there are still espresso beans inside, you can push in the flat tray to cover the entire opening and then twist the bean hopper upwards. This can be beneficial if you want to clean the grinder or suspect a problem has occurred in the grinding mechanism. To clean the Fausto, the bean hopper should be removed and a dose of Pulygrind should be poured into the grinding mechanism. The bean hopper is then placed back in position. Grind out the Pulygrind crystals along with coffee until no crystals come out of the grinding mechanism; a couple of portions are usually required.

The Fausto Black is equipped with flat grinding burrs made of tempered steel, 65 millimeters in diameter, which provide short grinding times and long durability for the grinding burrs. The coffee grinder's grind size can be continuously adjusted using a knob. If you wish to adjust, turn the knob a little at a time. If the Fausto Black coffee grinder is reasonably well set, only a small adjustment is usually needed. To check when the coffee grinder is correctly set, you can grind coffee for an espresso and then brew it. Experiment until the espresso brews at the right pace and in the right amount of time.
