Bianchi LEI SA is a classic vending machine that is perfectly suited for offices, restaurants, and public environments where large volumes of coffee are to be brewed and served. Unlike many other vending and fully automatic machines that have plastic brewing units, Bianchi's machines stand out as they are equipped with an additional heating element. This means that a consistent temperature is maintained throughout the brewing process, which is essential as the quality of the coffee depends on the heat.

Bianchi LEI SA uses the traditional brewing technology found in professional espresso machines, where it heats water and presses it through the freshly ground coffee. The grinder grinds 9 grams of coffee per serving, and for best results, the grind level can also be adjusted.

As mentioned earlier, Bianchi LEI SA is suitable for almost any workplace where both volume and the quality of the coffee served are important. Without any problems, Bianchi LEI SA can serve 200 cups a day and can be placed directly on an existing countertop or on a freestanding undercounter cabinet. The machine has an integrated waste container that can hold approximately 50 brews. If even greater waste container capacity is required, there is an option to install a waste container through-feed kit that is suitable for both the countertop and undercounter models.

Bianchi LEI SA has 6 canisters: one for whole beans with a capacity of 1 kg, one for pre-mixed milk powder, and one for chocolate.

The keypad offers a choice of 12 different beverage options, including espresso, caffè crème, cappuccino, and chocolate. Hot tea water can also be dispensed directly into the cup.

Although Bianchi LEI SA is built to produce large quantities of coffee, it is surprisingly easy to maintain. Compared to other vending and fully automatic machines, there is no need to clean the brewing unit with a cleaning tablet, and since it does not use fresh milk, there is also no milk system to clean.

All that is required is to refill the products, empty the waste container, and keep the machine clean inside and out. If certain parts of the machine need to be cleaned, they can easily be disassembled and washed in the dishwasher. In our service package, we provide a major cleaning twice a year.

In other words, Bianchi LEI SA is the perfect machine for large offices where large quantities of coffee are to be served.
