Mozzafiato Cronometro R Black

The Mozzafiato Cronometro R Black from Rocket Espresso is an espresso machine designed according to the same principles as professional machines but in a smaller format. The E61 brew group with a mass of 4 kg ensures perfect temperature stability cup after cup.

The heat exchanger system in the Mozzafiato Cronometro R Black provides brewing, steam, and hot water at the correct temperature simultaneously with an electric element. The temperature in the insulated boiler is an electronically controlled PID that can be adjusted on a panel hidden behind the drip tray. The brewing water circulates through the brew group and the heat exchanger in the boiler, the heat source for it is hot water in the boiler.

Water can be taken from the built-in 2.5-liter fresh water tank in the Mozzafiato Cronometro R Black or it can be connected directly to a water connection. Brewing and filling are supplied by a rotary pump which is the most commonly occurring pump in professional machines. The brewing pressure can be regulated with a screw on the pump which is accessible under the machine.

The Mozzafiato Cronometro R Black now has electronic temperature control unlike previous predecessors. The appearance is also significant with solid sides in one piece. The weight of the espresso machine therefore increases but the appearance becomes even a little more uniform and stylish. Otherwise, the Mozzafiato Cronometro R Black has new feet that are adjustable in height as well as a newer design on the steam wand and hot water.

Unlike the Mozzafiato Evoluzione R Black and Type V, a Digital Shot Timer is also added. Which makes it possible to have full time control over your espresso brewing. This second hand is discreetly placed on the front of the machine. Another novelty for the Mozzafiato Cronometro R Black is the built-in energy-saving mode that automatically regulates when your machine is not in use.

The Cronometro R is available in Giotto and Mozzafiato designs. The models are the same inside, the only difference is the appearance.

Included with the Mozzafiato Cronometro R Black is a single handle, a double handle, a tamper, a cleaning brush, a blind filter, a microfiber cloth and a cleaning cloth.
