R Cinquantotto/Serie Grigia - Blue Grey (RAL7031)

Rocket Espresso R Cinquantotto Heritage Serie Grigia is a limited edition series, designed to celebrate Pantone® Color of the Year 2021, PANTONE 17-5104 Ultimate Gray. Blue Grey has the RAL code 7031, a matte finish, brass trim, and classic round feet.

R Cinquantotto is a semi-professional espresso machine with dual isolated boilers. R Cinquantotto is an update of the predecessor R58. The design has changed considerably and the touch-screen remote control is now easier to use.
With separate brass boilers, the brewing temperature is completely independent of steam and hot water extraction. This also means that the temperature can be increased on the steam boiler for optimal pressure during frothing without affecting the brewing result. The temperatures in both boilers are electronically controlled (PID) for maximum accuracy.

Settings on the R Cinquantotto are made using the included touch-screen remote control. The remote control only needs to be connected via USB when parameters need to be changed.

Water can be drawn from the built-in 2.5-liter fresh water tank or the machine can be connected to a direct water supply. The drip tray on the R Cinquantotto can optionally be connected to a drain or emptied manually.

Brewing and filling are powered by a rotary pump, which is the most common pump in professional machines. The brewing pressure can be adjusted with a screw on the pump that is accessible under the machine.

The updated design is sleek with clean lines that curve easily at the corners, creating a really stylish overall look. The feet have been given a new triangular design that proudly elevates this piece of craftsmanship.

Another new feature is the integrated shot timer visible above the power button. This can conveniently be used to ensure the correct brewing time for your espresso - 25 milliliters in 25 seconds.

The R Cinquantotto comes with a metal trim, a single handle, a double handle, an aluminum tamper, a cleaning brush, a blind filter, a microfiber cloth, and cleaning powder.

We recommend seeing the machines in person before purchase, as colors may appear different on screen than in reality.
