Service and repair
Contact usMonteriva is the general agent for Stone Espresso coffee machines. We perform service and repairs on all Stone Espresso coffee machines. The espresso machine should be dropped off at our store for service and repair. In Stockholm, no prior notification is required; just drop by with the machine and we will normally fix it within a week.
Warranty
Service & WarrantyMonteriva handles warranty claims for all coffee machines sold directly by us or through one of our retailers. Coffee machines must be brought to us for warranty service. If you are considering a purchase, you should consider the value of having good service & support; this is not a disposable product you are considering.
