We perform regular service on coffee machines and espresso machines to ensure good functionality and reliability. Whether you use the machines a couple of hundred times a day or just to brew morning coffee for the family, your espresso machine needs a little help along the way sometimes so that you can enjoy your coffee.
To ensure your coffee machine always delivers coffee of the highest quality, we recommend our tailored service agreements. Through regular replacement of gaskets and screens in the brew groups, we ensure your machine is in perfect condition – all year round.
For our corporate customers in the café and restaurant sector, or for those with a service agreement, we also offer 24/7 on-call support via our main phone number. This gives you the peace of mind of knowing that help is always close at hand, even outside of regular business hours.
Do you not have a service agreement? No problem. We are of course happy to assist you with ongoing repairs and maintenance for your coffee machine whenever you need it.
We are unable to repair Sage or Jura espresso machines. For Sage machines, please contact the store where you purchased it. For service of your Jura machine, please contact Jura in Sweden.
Machines for home and semi-pro use that require service can be dropped off at our store in Stockholm. You are welcome to visit without an appointment during store hours. We perform service on larger machines at cafés, restaurants, and businesses on-site.
Spare parts are in stock for immediate repair of most traditional espresso machines on the market. For fully automatic machines, we primarily focus on the quality brands we have selected. These are coffee machines from WMF, Carimali, Bonamat and Bianchi Vending.

Keeping coffee machines clean is not difficult; anyone can manage our simple instructions.
Billing includes each commenced hour from the time the technician's journey begins at the company's premises until the work is completed and the vehicle with the technician has returned to the company's premises. A vehicle charge is added for on-site service.
When a machine is submitted by a private individual to our workshop, generally only one commenced hour and the cost of any spare parts are charged.
