The Aurora Twin High (TWH) from Bonamat brews coffee directly into two portable serving stations, each holding 5.7 L.

The touchscreen panel is easy to use, especially when using the pre-programmed settings: mild, medium, and dark roast. However, professional baristas and roasters can optimize every part of the brewing process, such as water temperature, coffee-to-water ratio, pre-infusion, and brewing time. If you want to create your own blends or if you serve single-origin coffees, this is of particular interest to you. In addition to all this, you can also use water bypass if desired.
