Monteriva Organic Te Chai

Organic Chai is a spicy tea that can be used both to brew a wonderful cup of chai tea and to make a healthier version, and according to many a tastier version, of chai latte. This golden tea consists of black tea and a lot of delicious chai spices.

To make a chai latte, start by brewing a smaller portion of chai tea. While it's brewing, froth or heat approximately an equal amount of milk in a saucepan. Strain the tea or remove the tea infuser and mix in some honey or sugar to your desired sweetness level. Then pour in the warm milk. Top the chai latte with a little sifted cinnamon or cardamom if you like and enjoy your homemade masterpiece!
