Motta Pianacaffe coffee scoop - red - 58mm

Motta Pianacaffé Levelling Tool Red 58 mm from Italian Metallurgica Motta in high-quality stainless steel. The tool helps you achieve an even surface in your portafilter. You pour ground coffee into the portafilter basket and then place the levelling tool on top. Then, rotate the tool 2-4 times without pressing down. This way, you get an even distribution of the ground coffee in the filter holder. Finally, use a tamper to achieve even pressure, and then it's ready for brewing.

Since 1967, Metallurgica Motta has been manufacturing kitchen equipment and professional stainless steel items. The combination of high quality and Italian design has made Motta's products a staple in bars and cafés. A modern design with proven functionality and quality is found in every product, made in Italy.
