Mozzafiato Cronometro V

Mozzafiato Cronometro V

The Mozzafiato Cronometro V from Rocket Espresso is an espresso machine designed according to the same principles as professional machines, but in a smaller format. The E61 group head, with a mass of 4 kg, ensures perfect temperature stability cup after cup.

The heat exchanger system in the Mozzafiato Cronometro V provides brewing, steam, and hot water at the correct temperature simultaneously with an electric element. The temperature in the insulated boiler is electronically controlled (PID) and can be adjusted on a panel hidden behind the drip tray. The brewing water circulates through the group head and the heat exchanger in the boiler, with the hot water in the boiler serving as the heat source.

Water is drawn from the built-in 2.5-liter fresh water tank in the Mozzafiato Cronometro V. Brewing and filling are powered by a vibration pump, and the pressure is regulated with a reduction valve for optimal brewing pressure.

The Mozzafiato Cronometro V now features electronic temperature control, unlike its predecessors. The appearance is also significantly different, with solid one-piece sides. The espresso machine is therefore heavier, but the appearance is even more cohesive and stylish. The Mozzafiato Cronometro V also features new height-adjustable feet, as well as a newer design for the steam wand and hot water.

Unlike the Mozzafiato Evoluzione R and Type V, it also includes a Digital Shot Timer. This makes it possible to have full time control over your espresso brewing. This seconds display is discreetly placed on the front of the machine. Another new feature for the Mozzafiato Cronometro V is the built-in energy-saving mode, which automatically activates when your machine is not in use.

The Cronometro V is available in the Giotto and Mozzafiato designs. The models are identical inside; the only difference is the appearance.
