The Mythos from Eureka is a powerful coffee grinder for commercial use. This coffee grinder is extremely fast at both grinding and dispensing coffee, approximately 75 grams in 1.5 seconds, which helps the barista maximize their time. The grind size is set with a stepless micrometer adjustment, which is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy the perfect espresso. 3 programmable doses can be set, enabling even portions and thus a consistent result for the coffee, in addition, coffee waste is minimized. Manual grinding is also available for the barista who likes to experiment with different bean blends. An adjustable holder for the filter holder ensures that any spill from the ground coffee is minimized.

A dynamometric tamper, which can apply between 0-22 kg of pressure, is built into the Mythos, which is an ergonomic marvel for anyone who makes a lot of coffee. The biggest advantage of such a tamper is that it provides a constant, even pressure. This is good because the pressure is important to adjust so that the coffee always turns out the same, no matter who brews it.

To clean the Eureka Mythos, the bean holder should be removed and a dose of Pulygrind should be poured into the grinding mechanism. After that, the bean holder is placed back in place. Grind out the Pulygrind crystals together with the coffee until no crystals come out of the grinder, a couple of doses usually suffice.
