The Optima Soft Plus from Italian Carimali is the innovation that keeps on giving. With its innovative technology and pursuit of a perfect cup of coffee at any time of day, Carimali is a rightful challenger to existing fresh milk machines. Its stylish and appealing design, along with a capacity of 400 cups a day, makes the Carimali Soft Plus excellent for larger workplaces and public environments. All different beverage selections can be programmed on the easy-to-use touch display. The Optima Ultra is incredibly easy to use for making coffee, as well as for cleaning the system. You can easily set the amount of coffee per cup, eco-mode, and automatic system cleaning. The automatic cleaning system ensures that the strictest hygiene standards are always met.

Optima Soft Plus comes with two bean hoppers, one for brewed coffee and one for espresso. Each coffee bean hopper holds 1300g of beans. As the Optima is designed to produce larger volumes of coffee, Carimali has increased the size of the bean hoppers and installed more powerful and faster grinders compared to their Armonia model. The boiler also has increased capacity, which facilitates brewing for coffee drinks that require larger water volumes, such as Americano.

Both bean hoppers have separate grinders and can be individually set for optimal extraction time and coffee flavor. The variable brewing chamber allows for grinding between 9-15 grams of coffee per grind.

In addition to its unique design, the Carimali Optima Ultra stands out with its innovative brewing unit. Unlike many other coffee machines, the brewing unit in the Optima Ultra is made of metal and is also heated by an additional element. This results in an unbeatable espresso. Thanks to its ability to retain heat and maintain a consistent temperature regardless of when you brew your coffee, all flavors and the delightful crema are extracted during brewing. The coffee spout can be adjusted vertically, and there is also a separate hot water outlet. The drip tray only needs to be emptied after 60 spent coffee pucks, and with its energy-saving mode, the Optima Soft Plus keeps electricity consumption down.

When using fresh milk, you can set a timer for automatic cleaning of the milk system's hose and outlet after x number of minutes the machine has been inactive. In addition, you must run the cleaning program for the milk system and brewing unit daily. This is a simple procedure that doesn't take long at all, and you are guided through the various steps via the screen.
