The coffee has an intense and saturated flavor that is elegant and complex. Because it also produces good crema, it has become a favorite coffee for many baristas. Perfect for both espresso and caffè latte. This is perhaps why it has won awards multiple times.

Roasted to perfection
The second-generation roasters at Caffè Morandini ensure that our Rossa is roasted to perfection in beautiful Brescia, Lombardy, which rests peacefully between Lake Garda and Lake Iseo. The coffee may be inspired by the fast-paced Milan, but the interrupted tranquility still originates from Brescia.

Popular with classic weight
Rossa has a 90/10 blend of Arabica and Robusta, resulting in a well-balanced and very popular flavor. If you like the classic taste of Arabica but want to add some weight to the character, Rossa is an excellent choice. It's no coincidence that Rossa has both a red bag and is named after the color red. The fiery color not only represents the spirited taste, it also represents the warmth that fills both cup and body.
