As a masterpiece of Swiss engineering, the new Z10 doubles the spectrum of coffee specialties. At the touch of a button, it prepares the full range of hot beverages, from intense espresso to trendy flat white. Furthermore, for the first time, it reaches new heights of coffee enjoyment with Cold Brew specialties. This is made possible by the Product Recognising Grinder (P.R.G.), which recognizes the selected specialty and instantly adjusts the grinding degree precisely accordingly.

To ensure optimal coffee powder for every specialty, JURA's engineers have developed the Product Recognising Grinder (P.R.G.). The high-performance conical grinder electronically adjusts to the predefined grinding degree within fractions of a second – much faster and more frequently than would be possible manually.

The spectrum ranges from very fine for short classics to very coarse for longer specialties. The connoisseur doesn't need to think about anything, as the setting is fully automatic with each preparation. Thanks to Aroma Selection, the setting can also be individually chosen before each preparation if desired.

Cold Brew – extremely fresh
Thanks to the Cold Extraction Process, the Z10 prepares genuine Cold Brew specialties. Most classic cold coffee drinks usually consist of hot-brewed and cooled coffee, but in the Z10, extraction occurs with cold water, pulsed, under high pressure, and with slightly coarser ground powder. The result in the cup is a natural, invigorating, and refreshing drink where the coffee's fruity aromas are brought out in the best possible way, without being disturbed by bitter substances. Anything else would just be regular cold coffee.

Brewing unit in generation 8
The brewing unit is the heart of every coffee machine. For the Z10, JURA has designed the eighth generation brewing unit. This unique 3D brewing technology allows water to pass evenly through the coffee powder over multiple levels. The result is maximum aroma extraction, both in hot specialties and in Cold Brew.
